Radon Protection
Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that can build up inside buildings. In radon-affected areas, the Building Regulations require new homes and extensions to include radon protection, following the guidance in BRE BR 211. The level of protection depends on how high the radon risk is at your site.
